About the Role

Peak Downs Mine are currently recruiting for passionate individuals for permanent roles within our Dragline team. We want to hear from you if you are looking to join our world-class operational team either now or in the near future. We believe that people are the key to our continued success; having the right people working within our organisation at all levels will allow us to become the safest, most productive mine site we can be and sustain our operations well into the future.

• Roles will be based at BMA’s Peak Downs Mine Site, near Moranbah, Central Queensland on a 6/6 day/night roster, and will require you to:
• Have a strong commitment to ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace
• Maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance for mine working procedures
• Work cooperatively within a team to achieve safe production targets

About You

Successful candidates will possess the following

• Current Dragline Operating experience with significant open-cut mining experience
• HR licence or site Heavy Rigid authorisation
• A genuine commitment to safety
• Strong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through influence
• Motivated, enthusiastic individual who can work with minimal supervision and engage in team operations
• Minimum C Class Driver’s licence
• Passion for continuous improvement to drive individual and team performance
