Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of minerecruitment.com. The site is operated by Peopleflow.ai Ltd trading as Mine Recruitment, 11 Ducketts Wharf, South Street, Bishop's Stortford, CM23 3AR ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms.
1. What this site is
Mine Recruitment is a job board for the mining industry. Most vacancies shown here are aggregated automatically from the career websites of mining employers and their contractors. Some are advertised with us directly by a paying employer.
We are not the employer for any aggregated vacancy, we are not acting as an employment agency or employment business in relation to it, and we are not party to any application, interview process, offer or contract of employment that results from it. Where we act as a recruitment agency, that is a separate service under a separate agreement and is described as such.
2. Accuracy and availability of vacancies
Aggregated vacancies are reproduced from the employer's own published advert. We refresh our sources at least twice a day, but a role may be filled, withdrawn or amended by the employer before our next refresh. We therefore cannot warrant that any vacancy is current, accurate, complete or still open, and you should treat the employer's own careers page as the authoritative version.
Applications are made on the employer's own website. We do not receive, store, forward or assess applications made through an outbound apply link, and we have no influence over the employer's decision or response.
We may remove, decline or amend any listing at our discretion, including where we believe it is misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, a charge-to-the-candidate scheme, or not a genuine vacancy.
3. Your use of the site
You may use the site to search and apply for roles, and to receive job alerts. You may not scrape, copy, republish or resell our listings or any part of the site, use automated systems to extract data, attempt to circumvent access restrictions, or use the site to send unsolicited communications to any employer or candidate.
You must not submit false information, impersonate anyone, or subscribe an email address you do not control.
4. Job alerts
If you sign up for job alerts we will email you vacancies matching the criteria you give us. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately. You can also email us and we will remove you.
We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not pass your details to an employer without your knowledge.
5. Fees for employers
Advertising and recruitment services for employers are governed by our Employer Advertising Terms, which apply in addition to these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its design, branding and the compilation of listings are ours or our licensors'. Individual job adverts remain the property of the employer that published them.
7. Liability
We provide the site free of charge to candidates and on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from: reliance on a vacancy that is inaccurate, out of date or no longer available; any act or omission of an employer; any recruitment or employment outcome; or any interruption to the site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing in these terms affects a consumer's statutory rights.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
