Sobre a função: A Alcoa está buscando por uma(um) profissional para integrar a Unidade de São Luis/MA. Como Operadora(or) de Estação de Chumbamento você será responsável por unir e cortar peças de ligas metálicas usando processos de soldagem e corte tais como eletrodo revestido, tig, mig, mag, oxigás, arco submerso, brasagem, plasma. Além disso, preparam equipamentos, acessórios, consumíveis de soldagem e corte e peças a serem soldadas e aplicam estritas normas de segurança, organização do local de trabalho e meio ambiente. As principais responsabilidades da função incluem: Executar as tarefas de limpeza dos equipamentos, piso e arrumação / organização da área; Operação de estração de butts; Operação da estação de recepção de butts, operação da estação de expedição de anodos; Operação da estação de limpeza de butts (martelete); Operação do power & free (transportador aéreo); Operação de classificação, desempeno de hastes e limpeza de anodo; Operação de sistema de aquecimento de haste; Cumprir a política de segurança, normas e procedimentos operacionais. O que você pode oferecer para a função: Ensino Médio Completo; Desejável ter participado de algum Programa de Formação de Operadores da Alumar ex: Jovem Aprendiz; Desejável conhecimento de fundamentos de ABS, TPM e EHS; Residir em São Luis/MA.
