Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the core purpose of this vital role is to assist in the day-to-day requirements of a Maintenance Fitter for Clermont Open Cut. As we have multiple vacancies across our Field and HME Workshop teams, you will be a key stakeholder in providing technical leadership, guidance, and support to site regarding maintenance management and compliance to the SHMS. As a Maintenance Fitter at Clermont Open Cut your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Reliability focused mindset Willingness to work and contribute in a team environment Work unsupervised in breakdown conditions Follow safe work practices Maintain a high level of attention to detail and housekeeping standards You will possess the following skillset and attributes: Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade Minimum 2 years’ experience in large mining operation QLD Drivers Licence This role requires a safety conscious candidate prepared to challenge the norm, drive continuous improvement and who can demonstrate experience in implementing best practice using a hands-on approach.
